Entre el 11 de octubre y el 6 de diciembre, nueve de ellos desistieron por lo que, al cierre de ayer, un total de 56 aspirantes vigentes concluy\u00f3 el periodo de 67 d\u00edas para recabar apoyo ciudadano.<\/p>\n<p>Estas 56 personas representan un tercio de los 170 aspirantes vigentes en busca de una candidatura independiente a una diputaci\u00f3n federal. Los restantes 114 aspirantes habr\u00e1n de concluir su plazo en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>Fecha<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\"><strong>N\u00famero de aspirantes que concluye <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>17\/dic<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\">81<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>18\/dic<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\">7<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>19\/dic<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\">22<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>20\/dic<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\">3<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"94\"><strong>3\/ene<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"217\">1<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Este primer bloque, representa un tercio del total de aspirantes a una diputaci\u00f3n federal, y en conjunto remitieron al Instituto 355 mil 207 apoyos ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que quienes aspiran a una candidatura independiente para una diputaci\u00f3n federal necesitan recabar el apoyo ciudadano equivalente al 2% de la Lista Nominal del distrito al que pertenecen distribuidos en al menos la mitad de sus secciones electorales con m\u00e1s de 1% de la Lista Nominal en cada una de ellas (LGIPE art\u00edculo 371, numeral 3).<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de verificaci\u00f3n de los apoyos ciudadanos debe concluir para conocer aqu\u00e9llos que resultaron v\u00e1lidos: apoyos de ciudadanos que se encuentran en la Lista Nominal con registro vigente, que pertenecen al mismo distrito electoral de la o el aspirante y que no est\u00e1n duplicados.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, el lineamiento 32 de los <em>Lineamientos para la verificaci\u00f3n del porcentaje de apoyo ciudadano que se requiere para el registro de candidaturas independientes a cargos federales de elecci\u00f3n popular para el Proceso Electoral Federal 2017-2018 <\/em>(INE\/CG387\/2017) estableci\u00f3 que los registros recabados podr\u00e1n remitirse a la autoridad electoral hasta 24 horas despu\u00e9s de concluido el plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, las cifras que se publican este d\u00eda, a\u00fan son preliminares y las y los aspirantes deben esperar a que las \u00faltimas firmas enviadas sean recibidas, procesadas y se conozca la situaci\u00f3n registral de los respaldos obtenidos.<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) llevar\u00e1 a cabo una auditor\u00eda de los apoyos enviados por las y los aspirantes y que han sido clasificados \u2018En Lista Nominal\u2019 \u2014preliminarmente v\u00e1lidos\u2014 para garantizar que no existen anomal\u00edas o inconsistencias en los registros antes de emitir la validaci\u00f3n final.<\/p>\n<p>El INE recibi\u00f3 un n\u00famero de apoyos ciudadanos superior al umbral requerido de 37 aspirantes (66%). Sin embargo, tomando en cuenta aqu\u00e9llos registros en la Lista Nominal y su dispersi\u00f3n, <strong>de manera preliminar, 27 aspirantes (48%) cumplen ambos criterios.<\/strong> En los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas tendremos las cifras definitivas de ese requisito exigido por la Ley.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el Proceso Electoral Federal 2015 donde participaron 57 personas, este primer grupo de aspirantes super\u00f3 las cifras de hace tres a\u00f1os, tanto en apoyos obtenidos (355,207 en 2017 <em>vs.<\/em> 253,426 en 2015) como en probables candidaturas (27 en 2017 <em>vs.<\/em> 22 en 2015).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aspirantes que desistieron
